Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

2. Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase.
Made-to-order / customized items: These pieces are handcrafted specifically for you and typically require 2–4 weeks of production time before shipment. Estimated timelines are noted on the individual product page where applicable.

3. Shipping Time

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can also check status on our Track Order page.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

5. Delays

While we make every effort to ship on time, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, high demand during festive seasons, or customization complexity. We'll notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, please contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
