Kalakar is an independent clothing brand offering ready-to-ship and made-to-order Indian-heritage-inspired apparel, including kurtas, sarees, dresses, and sets. We are based in the United States and ship within the USA.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we decline an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

3. Made-to-Order & Customized Items

Some products are made to order or offered with customization options (fabric, color, size). These items may require additional processing time before shipment, as noted on the product page. Once production has begun on a customized item, the order generally cannot be modified or cancelled — see our Refund Policy for details.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

5. Account Registration

You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product photography, designs, logos, and text — is the property of Kalakar and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kalakar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
